Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incorrect Product Delivered
  • Transit Damage

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Return Requirements

  • Include original packaging
  • Include accessories and documents
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return once used, installed, activated, or registered:

  • Lithium-Ion Batteries
  • Chargers
  • Spare Parts
  • Electrical Components
  • Customized Products
  • Dealer-Specific Orders

Inspection Process

All returned products undergo inspection before approval.

The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not satisfy policy requirements.
